This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use smallbusiness.ge or contact us, why we collect it, and your rights. It forms part of our Service Agreement.

We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and, where relevant, based on your consent or our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, these are the legal bases we rely on.
We share data only as needed to provide the Services, with: Georgian government bodies (for registration and tax status), banks (to submit and process your bank account application), notaries and translators where required, and the assistants engaged by us to carry out your service, who are bound by confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal data.
When you contact us or your request is delivered through Telegram or WhatsApp, your message is also processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Please review Telegram's and WhatsApp's policies for details of how they handle your data.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Form submissions are transmitted to us over a secure connection and delivered to our internal team channel. Access is limited to people who need it to provide the Services.
We keep your data only for as long as necessary. Request and contact details submitted through the form or messengers are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Where we have provided the Services, related accounting and tax records are retained for 6 years, as required by Georgian law, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia, which has supervised personal data protection in Georgia since 2 March 2026 in place of the former Personal Data Protection Service, or with your local data-protection authority.
We are based in Georgia. If you contact us from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in Georgia. The providers described in section 5 are located outside Georgia, so your data is also processed in the countries where they operate โ principally the European Union and the United States. Each of them is bound by a written contract requiring them to process your data only on our instructions and to protect it to the standard this policy describes, and we transfer no more than the provider needs to do its job.
The Site uses essential cookies and local storage required for it to function, to keep you signed in to your personal account, and to remember your preferences (such as theme and language).
We also use a third-party website analytics service to understand how the Site is used โ which pages are visited, from which countries, and on which devices. It sets its own cookies and is operated from outside Georgia, so this data is processed abroad. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. You can block analytics through your browser settings or a browser extension, and the Site works normally without it. As with every provider in section 5, we will name it if you ask.
Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
