Effective date: August 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the website smallbusiness.ge. The services we provide are governed by our Service Agreement, which โ€” together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy โ€” sets out what we do, what it costs, how long it takes, how refunds work and how we limit our liability.

1. About us

This Site is operated by IE ioli digital (แƒ˜แƒœแƒ“แƒ˜แƒ•แƒ˜แƒ“แƒฃแƒแƒšแƒฃแƒ แƒ˜ แƒ›แƒ”แƒฌแƒแƒ แƒ›แƒ”), ID no. 305476865, registered in Georgia, registered address Chavchavadze Ave 37M, Terminal coworking space, Tbilisi, Georgia (the โ€œCompanyโ€, โ€œweโ€, โ€œusโ€).

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms cover your access to and use of the Site and your personal account. They do not set the terms of any service you order.

When you order a service, a separate contract is formed between you and us on the terms of the Service Agreement. Where these Terms and the Service Agreement differ on anything concerning the services โ€” scope, fees, timelines, refunds, liability, disputes โ€” the Service Agreement prevails.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site and requesting our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Your personal account

When you place an order we create a personal account for you on the Site, where you can follow each stage, see the details of your meeting, exchange messages with your assistant and download the documents we obtain for you. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address used to sign in, and for the confidentiality of any credentials you enter. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site or to a personal account where these Terms are breached.

6. Information on the Site

The Site describes registration in Georgia in general terms and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules, government fees and processing times are set by the Georgian authorities and may change. The terms that apply to your order are those confirmed to you in writing and in the Service Agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, logos, and materials) belongs to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including government portals and banks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or availability.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Site itself; our liability for the services is dealt with in section 11 of the Service Agreement.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you use it applies. Material changes take effect when posted on this page.
