Book a meeting at the House of Justice

We register your Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia and stay with you all the way to your Small Business status. Book a slot, come to the House of Justice โ€” about 15 minutes. Your assistant meets you there, files the application and provides the legal address. You end up with an active IE on the 1% tax status.

What happens at the meeting

  1. 1You pick a convenient city, date and time for the meeting and how youโ€™ll pay for the service.
  2. 2You come to the meeting at the agreed time. Bring your international passport and a Georgian mobile number โ€” you can buy a SIM or eSIM just before the meeting.
  3. 3We meet you at the House of Justice, provide a legal address and file your IE registration application.
  4. 4Within 24 business hours the IE registration is completed and you receive extracts from the Georgian Entrepreneurs Register โ€” in Georgian and English.
  5. 5Within the next 24 hours your Small Business (1%) status is activated and you can start your business.
  6. 6If you need a business bank account, you can submit an online application to a Georgian bank โ€” no branch visit required, and we guide you through it.
  7. 7Afterwards, if you wish, use our ongoing support to handle your tax reporting.
